Introduction of new local patient safety collaboratives

Patient safety collaboratives are being introduced across England in response to the Berwick review's recommendations for patient safety.

The programme will be run by NHS England, in collaboration with NHS Improving Quality and the country's Academic Health Science Networks (AHSNs), and full details can be found on The Health Foundation website.
