New research collaboration to improve patient safety
The Health Services Research Centre (HSRC) at the Royal College of Anaesthetists (RCoA) is delighted to collaborate with the NIHR Central London Patient Safety Research Collaboration (PSRC) at UCLH as a formal partner.
The aim of the PRSC aligns with the HSRC's aims in improving the health and outcomes of patients through research and innovation in perioperative medicine and anaesthesia and develop future leaders in patient safety research.
As part of this collaboration, we will shortly be offering a part-time academic post to support research collaboration between our two organisations, which will be jointly appointed, and open to candidates from across the UK.
The HSRC will support the PSRC's ambition to ensure that its research is relevant to the whole of the NHS, and that participation in its research is truly national and representative.
